Is it May already??? Or for that matter, is it already almost June!? When I started this blog, it was my intention to do my best at keeping it current with updates on our family, but it turns into spring and all I want to do is be outside. The furthest thing from my mind is sitting down, inside, at a computer!

Lola is always fun, but she is getting to be even more fun, and entertaining! We have been going to the park a lot lately. She loves to swing, and with help :) climb up the stairs and go down the slide, and we always have to see the ducks! I am officially staying at home with her and not going back to work again next year, and I could not be happier to spend all my time "hanging out" with my new best friend!

For Mother's Day, my mom gave me aminal pancake molds. Dan and I have loved making blueberry, huckleberry and banana pancakes for years, and Lola quickly became a fan of our family tradition!

She didn't realize how lucky she was to be eating a monkey pancake...but one day I'm sure she will think it's great! In the meantime, Lola is a fan of blueberry pancakes for sure!

I took this picture today. I was trying to teach Lola how to use a spoon all of her own to eat yogurt. When I took a picture of her beautiful, messy face, I told her to say "cheese" and this is what I got. What a little pro!
