The last weekend in September, we headed to the lake for one last "summer" lake get-away with Grandma Linda & Grandpa Jack. Dan and I absolutely LOVE that it is not unlikely for late September or early October to be HOT at Palmer Lake. We had an amazing Saturday with 80 degree heat, lots of boat rides and sun bathing. Such a great trip and great visiting time with Linda & Jack!

Mac and Lola make up a game where he would cast the fishing pole down the hill and she would pretend to be a fish that he caught and would reel in. They spent at least thirty minutes playing this together. I love them.
Although we will are hoping to be back this winter & spring, we told the kids that we wouldn't be on the Ms. Lola boat until they were 3 and 5... where in the world does the time go???
